About the Milwaukee Air and Water Show
The Milwaukee Air & Water Show, unlike other sources of entertainment, is unique in Milwaukee’s history and provides affordable, wholesome entertainment for the entire family! From its grassroots beginnings in 2002 at Festa Italiana, the air show has now grown into Milwaukee’s largest free event.
Air Shows are an important event that showcase the role of aviation in the community, the history of air power, provides a forum for educating young people about aviation, and encourages the natural excitement these upcoming generations have for flight. This year’s performers include the Navy Blue Angels, the Army Golden Knights and Navy Leapfrogs Parachute Teams, Air Force F-22 Raptor Aerial Demonstration Team, Lima Lima Aerobatic Team Firebirds, Bill Stein, Dave Dacy's fabulous wing-walking act and additional state-of-the-art military aircraft.
